Pharmacy Weight Loss Glastonbury | GPhC Registration No. 9012511 | Last updated: July 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By registering with or placing an order through Pharmacy Weight Loss Glastonbury, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Glastonbury is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy clinic (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Glastonbury and across the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with GPhC standards and UK pharmacy legislation.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must provide accurate, honest, and complete information during registration and any consultation process.

Our weight loss treatments are only appropriate for eligible patients. A prescription will only be issued following a clinical assessment confirming that treatment is safe and suitable for you. We reserve the right to decline service where eligibility criteria are not met or where we have concerns regarding patient safety.

3. Prescriptions

All prescription medications dispensed by Pharmacy Weight Loss Glastonbury are issued by a qualified, registered prescriber following a thorough online consultation. We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription.

By submitting a consultation, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may invalidate your prescription and could pose a serious risk to your health. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a prescription at the clinical discretion of our pharmacist or prescriber.

Prescriptions are valid for the period stated and cannot be transferred to third-party pharmacies unless specifically requested and agreed in writing.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Prices confirmed at the point of order will be honoured for that transaction. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.

5. Delivery

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery is dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery timescales may vary depending on your location and courier service availability, though we aim to ensure prompt receipt of your medication.

Deliveries are made to the address provided at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details supplied by the patient. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, a redelivery charge may apply.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the medication has not been dispatched or opened. Due to the nature of prescription medicines, we are unable to accept returns of dispensed or opened medication for safety and regulatory reasons.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our team. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days. Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical review has been completed, regardless of the outcome.

7. Medical Disclaimer

The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Glastonbury are intended to support, not replace, the advice of your GP or primary healthcare provider. Our services do not constitute a substitute for ongoing medical care.

Weight loss medications carry risks and side effects. It is your responsibility to read all patient information provided with your medication and to contact us or seek emergency medical attention if you experience adverse effects. We accept no liability for health outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided during consultation.

8. Data and Privacy

We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Our full Privacy Policy is available on our website.
